موٹا کٹا ہوا پیاز تین عدد
گھی چار کھانے کے چمچ
ترکیب:
گوشت کو دہی اور تمام مصالحے میں ڈال کر تین گھنٹے ڈھک کر چھوڑ دیں۔ دیگچی میں گھی گرم کر کے گوشت ڈال کر تھوڑے پانی میں گلا لیں۔ خشک کر کے خوب بھون لیں۔ ڈش میں سلاد کے ساتھ سجائیں۔
