ترکیب:
انڈوں کو پھینٹ لیں نمک اور کالی مرچ ملائیں ۔ پھر گوبھی اور جھینگے ملا کر پھینٹیں ۔ اس کے بعد مکھن گرم کر کے انڈوں کا آملیٹ بنا لیں ۔ ڈبل روٹی کے ایک سلائس پر سوس لگائیں اوپر آملیٹ کے ٹکڑے رکھیں پھر دوسرا سلائس رکھ کر دبا دیں ۔ ٹماٹر سوس کے ساتھ پیش کریں۔
