مونگرے کلو
آلو 1پاؤ
ٹماٹر پاؤ
پیاز ایک پاؤ
لہسن، ادرک (پسا ہوا) ایک چمچ
گھی پاؤ
دہی پاؤ
نمک حسب ذائقہ
مرچ حسب ضرورت
ترکیب:
مونگرے صاف کر کے دھو لیں، آلو چھیل کر ٹکڑے کر لیں۔ گھی میں پیاز کے لچھے بادامی کر لیں۔ پھر ٹماٹر اور دیگر مصالحے ڈال کر اچھی طرح بھونیں۔ پھر مونگرے اور دہی کو پھینٹ کر ڈال دیں۔ جب دہی کا پانی خشک ہو جائے تب بھون لیں۔ اب آلو ڈال دیں اور گلنے کے لئے پانی بھی ڈالیں۔ جب پانی خشک ہو جائے اور آلو گل چکے ہوں تب بھون لیں ،گھی چھوڑ دے تو تیار ہے۔
