سنگترے کے چھلکے ایک کپ
آئسنگ شوگر 300گرام
سنگترے کا گود ایک کپ
چینی ایک کپ
میدہ ایک کپ
اورنج کلر حسب ذائقہ
اورنج ایسنس چند قطرے
ترکیب:
انڈوں کی سفیدی اور زردی علیحدہ علیحدہ کر لیں ۔ آدھا مکھن، چینی اور انڈوں کی زردی کو اچھی طرح پھینٹیں حتیٰ کہ چینی اچھی طرح سے حل ہو جائے۔ سنگترے کے چھلکوں کو باریک کاٹ لیں۔ اب پون کپ چھلکے اورنج کلر کو ملائیں اور اچھی طرح پھینٹیں ۔ اب ان میں تھوڑ تھوڑا سا کر کے میدہ اور انڈوں کی سفیدی اور سنگتروں کا گودا شامل کر دیں اور اچھی طرح مکس کر لیں۔
