  1. 1کیلوں کے گول قتلے کر لیں
  2. 2 پھر گھی کڑ کڑا کر قتلے اس میں ڈال کر ہلکی آنچ پر پانچ دس منٹ تک پکائیں
  3. 3 اس دوران چمچے سے انہیں ہلاتے رہیں
  4. 4 پھر شکر ڈال کر شیرہ گاڑھا کر لینے کے بعد کیوڑہ ڈال دیں
