شیرے کے لیے

1 ایک پین میں دوکپ پانی اور چینی ڈال کر شیرہ بنانے کے لیے چولہے پر رکھ دیں۔پھر کچھ دیر پکنے کے بعد اس میں الائچی پاؤڈر شامل کردیں۔

گلاب جامن کے لیے

1 ایک پیالے میں دودھ پاؤڈر ،بیکنگ پاؤڈر،میدہ،انڈا تھوڑا سا پانی اور گھی ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں ۔اب اس مکسچر کے ایک سائز کے چھوٹے چھوٹے گول بالز(پیٹرے)بنالیں۔
2 ایک فرائنگ پین میں گھی کو گرم کرلیں۔ اب اس میں بالز ڈال کر ہلکی آنچ پر فرائی کرلیں۔
3 جب ان کا رنگ براون ہوجائے تو پین سے نکال کر شیرے میں ڈال دیں۔
4 مزے دار گلاب جامن تیارہیں ۔پستہ اور چاندی کے ورق سے گارنش کرکے سروکریں۔
