2 مکھن ۳ بٹا ۴ کپ

3 کیسٹر شوگر ۱ کپ

4 دہی ( گاڑھا ) ڈیرھ کپ

5 کریم ڈیرھ کپ

6 آئسنگ شوگر ۱ کپ

7 بیکنگ پاؤڈر ۱ چائے کا چمچہ

8 ونیلا ایسنس ۱ چائے کا چمچہ

9 بیکنگ سوڈا ۱ چائے کا چمچہ

1 سلور بالز ضرورت کے مطابق

2 چیری ۱ عدد

Step by Step Instructions - تیار کرنے کی ترکیب

  1. 1بیکنگ پاؤڈر ، بیکنگ سوڈے اور میدے کو ایک ساتھ چھان لیں
  2. 2 مکھن اور کیسٹر شاگر کو اتنا بیٹ کریں کہ کریمی ہو جائے
  3. 3 دہی ڈال کر مکس کریں
  4. 4 ایسنس شامل کر کے مکس کریں
  5. 5 اس میں میدہ ڈال کر اتنی دیر فولڈ کریں کہ تمام اجزاء یکجا ہو جائیں
  6. 6 اسٹار شیپ کے گریس کیے ہوئے کیک ٹن میں یہ آ میزہ ڈال کر پہلے گرم اوون میں کیک مکنل تیار ہونے تک ۱۷۵ سینٹی گریڈ پر بیک کریں
  7. 7 کیک کو نکالنے سے قبل ٹوتھ پک سے کیک کو چیک کر لیں کہ مکمل بیک ہو گیا ہے یا نہیں ٹوتھ پک صاف باہر نہ نکلنے کی صورت میں کیک کو مزید بیک کریں
  8. 8 اوون میں سے نکال کر ٹن سے الگ کر کے کیک ٹھنڈا کرلیں
  9. 9 کریم اور آئسنگ شوگر کو کریمی ہونے تک بیٹ کریں
