س اجزاء: ڈبل روٹی چھ سلائس گھی 75گرام چینی 125گرام روح کیوڑہ چند قطرے طریقہ: سلائس کے کنارے کاٹ دیں اور ڈبل روٹی کے ان سلائس کو چوکور سائز میں ٹکڑے کاٹیں۔اس کے بعد فرائی پان میں گھی گرم کریں اور سلائس اچھی طرح سے بھون لیں اور باہر نکال لیں ۔چینی کا قوام تیار کریں اور اس میں روح کیوڑا ملاکر تلے ہوئے سلائس اس میں بھگو دیں ۔چند منٹ کے بعد باہر نکال لیں اور پلیٹ ڈال کر بچوں کھلائیں۔
