1 چینی دانے دار چھ سیر

2 کاغذی لیموں سو عدد کا رس

3 گلاب کا عرق آدھ پاؤ

4 پانی چودہ سیر

Step by Step Instructions - تیار کرنے کی ترکیب

  1. 1قلعی شدہ برتن میں پانی ڈال کر آگ پر رکھیں
  2. 2 جب اس میں ابال آجائے تو اس میں چینی ڈال کر چینی کو پانی میں حل کر دیں
  3. 3 جھاگ اٹھنے پر میل پونی سے الگ کر کے باہر پھینک دیں
  4. 4 اس کے بعد لیموں کا رس اس میں شامل کر دیں
  5. 5 جب قوام تین تار کا ہو جائے تو چولہے سے نیچے اتار لیں اور قدرے ٹھنڈا ہونے پر نیم گرم حالت میں عرق گلاب شامل کر دیں
  6. 6 بالکل ٹھنڈا ہونے پر بوتلوں میں بھر کر رکھ دیں
