1مرغی کے 8 پیس کر کے اس پر ہلدی لال مرچ نمک اور ادرک لہسن لگا کر 10 منٹ رکھ دیں
2 اب پتیلی میں تیل گرم کر کے پیاز براؤن کر لیں
3 اب اس میں جو مرغی تیار کر کے رکھی تھی ڈال دیں اور بھون کر اس میں پسا ہوا بادام دہی ڈال کر اتنی دیر پکائیں کہ براؤن ہو جائے اور گھی اوپر آجائے
4 اب جو آپ نے ہرا دھنیا ہری مرچ اور پو دینہ باریک کاٹ کر رکھاتھا اوپر ڈال دیں اور ساتھ لیموں بھی رکھیں اور روٹی کے ساتھ پیش کر یں
