2 پیاز دو عدد (باریک کاٹ لیں)

3 میدہ آدھی پیالی

4 ونیگر سرکہ تین کھانے کے چمچ

5 پانی ایک پیالی

6 جائفل ایک چٹکی (پیس لیں)

7 لونگ ایک چٹکی (پیس لیں)

8 اجوائن آدھا چمچ

Step by Step Instructions - تیار کرنے کی ترکیب

1گوشت کی بوٹیوں پر مصالحہ ملا ہوا میدہ لگا دیں
2 ایک دیگچی میں گھی گرم کر یں اور اس میں گوشت ڈال دیں
3 جب گوشت بادامی ہو جائے تو اسی گھی میں پیاز سرخ کر یں اور گوشت (جو بھون کر نکال لیا تھا) ڈال دیں
4 ساتھ ہی سرکہ، جائفل ، لونگ، چینی اور پانی شامل کر کے ککر میں بند کر دیں اور مقررہ وقت تک پکنے دیں
5 شوربا گاڑھا ہو جائے تو ڈش میں نکال کر اوپر سے اجوائن چھڑک دیں
