5 انڈے دو عدد
6 سرخ جام ایک کھانے کا چمچ
7 کیسٹر چٹنی ایک کھانے کا چمچ
Step by Step Instructions - تیار کرنے کی ترکیب
- 1پہلے لیموں کا چھلکا پانی میں گلا کر نکال لیں
- 2 اب اسے مکھن اور دودھ میں ڈالیں
- 3 ڈبل روٹی کے ٹکڑے ایک برتن میں ڈال کر یہ دودھ ان پر ڈال دیں
- 4 آدھ گھنٹہ بعد کسٹرڈ کی طرح پکائیں
- 5 چاہیں تو پکنے کے بعد لیموں کا چھلکا نکال دیں
- 6 ٹھنڈا ہونے پر اس کسٹرڈ کو سانچے میں ڈال کر اوپر جام پھیلا دیں
- 7 اس کے اوپر ایک انڈے کی سفیدی کو 4 منٹ پھینٹ کر ایک تہہ جما دیں
- 8 پہلے سے گرم اوون میں رکھ کر بیک کر لیں
