3 بیکنگ پاؤڈر 1 چائے کا چمچہ

4 انڈا 1 عدد

5 چینی 8 کھانے کے چمچے

6 گھی (جماہوا) 1 چائے کا چمچہ

7 الائچی 4 عدد

8 پستہ (چوپ کیے ہوئے) 4-5 عدد

Step by Step Instructions - تیار کرنے کی ترکیب

1دودھ میں چینی، الائچی اور پستہ ڈال کر اُبال لیں
2 ملک پاؤڈر لیں اس میں بیکنگ پاؤڈر اور انڈا ڈال کر گھی کے ساتھ گوندھ لیں اب ہاتھ پر ہلکا سا گھی لگا اس کی چھوٹی چھوٹی ٹکیہ بنا لیں
3 جب دودھ اُبل جائے تو اس میں ٹکیاں ڈال دیں اب اسے درمیانی آنچ پر رکھ کر 8-10 منٹ تک پکائیں
4 پتیلی کو وقفے وقفے سے ہلاتے رہیں
5 جب تھوڑا سا دودھ گاڑھا ہوجائے تو اُتار لیں اور ٹھنڈا کرلیں اس کے بعد پستہ وغیرہ چھڑک کر پیش کریں
