مچھلی ایک پونڈ
سرکہ چمچ
مرغ کی یخنی آدھ پونڈ
ادرک چار ٹکڑے
سویا سوس چار چمچ
پیاز تین عدد
لال مرچ دو عدد
سلاد ایک گٹھی
ترکیب:
مچھلی کو اچھی طرح دھو لیں اور ٹکڑے کر لیں۔ دو ٹکڑے ادرک اورنمک کو باہم پیس کر مچھلی پر لگا دیں اور ایک گھنٹے کے لئے علیحدہ رکھ دیں۔ اونچے کناروں والی ڈش میں مچھلی کے ٹکڑے رکھیں پیاز ،بقیہ ادرک، لال مرچ اور سلاد کو باریک کاٹ کر مچھلی کے ساتھ سجا دیں ۔یخنی، سرکہ اور سویا سوس کو آپس میں مکس کر یں اور مچھلی کے اوپر ڈال دیں۔ ڈھانپ کر اوون میں پکائیں۔ دس پندرہ منٹ بعد مچھلی تیار ہے۔
