5 نمک حسب ذائقہ

6 زیتون کا تیل دو کھانے کے چمچے

7 لہسن کے جوے (کوٹ لیں) چار عدد

  1. 1کھیروں کو چھیل کر کدوکش کر لیں
  2. 2 دہی کو پیالے میں پھینٹ لیں
  3. 3 اب اس میں نمک، لہسن اور کھیرے ڈال کر خوب اچھی طرح گرائنڈ کر یں
  4. 4 سرونگ باؤل میں نکال کر اس میں زیتون کا تیل اور سویا چھڑک کر سرو کر یں
