In
order to listen to music you need the following
computer configurations:
Hardware:
Any sound card installed on your computer.
Software:
Since you are already here, we do not need to
tell you about the necessity of a browser like
Netscape or MS Internet Explorer. To listen to
the MIDI files on our site, along with your
browser, you need a PLUG IN. A plug in is a
software that plays the music on your browser.
Plug-Ins
are freely available on the net and you may also
download software from various sites. Just do a
search on the net with the words "MIDI Plug
In".
A
NOTE: Netscape Users: You can find out what
plugins are on your computer by typing about
plugins on your browsers Location Bar (The place
where you type in the web site address).
MS
Internet Explorer Users: IE is not very plug-in
friendly, It uses the default ActiveMovie
Control for playing its Multimedia files. If you
are having problems playing your music, it is
recommended you reinstall your IE, with all
multimedia options specified.

I selected the music, but am not getting
anything in the preview.
This
problem is due to your plugins. Please install
the plugins again and retry.
3.
The image that I have chosen is appearing
distorted. Why?
Most
likely this is due to your browser. Our site is
optimized for Netscape 3.0 or higher versions
and IE 3.01 or higher versions. Please try with
any of these browsers.
4.
Can I see what the final image looks like?
You
certainly can. You have to click on the
thumbnail of the image you choose to see the
complete image.
5.
Can I send the card at a later date?
Yes,
you can do that. Our cards can be sent up to 30
days in advance.
6.
How can I send a card to multiple users?
You
have to separate the email addresses of your
recipients with a comma and all your cards will
be on their way.
7.
I don't want to receive a confirmation.
At
the end of the card creation process there's an
option :"Please notify me when the
recipient views the card". Disable the
option by clicking on it and you will not get
the confirmation email when your recipient views
the card.
8.
I can't see the buttons to continue my card
creation process.
Sometimes
due to poor connection etc. the pages are not
fully downloaded leading to the problem. Click
on "reload" on your browser.
9.
Whats the maximum length of the message that I
can send?
We
do not impose any limit on the text written on
our card. However non-Netscape users may face
problems if the text exceeds 512 characters.
Most
probably you have entered quotation
marks(") in your text. That's why it was
chopped off. Quotation mark is a reserved
character in Perl, the language in which our
card program is written.
