1 دودھ(بالائی کے ساتھ) 2 لیٹر

2 چینی 3 سے 4 کپ

3 عرق گلاب ایک چائے کا چمچ

4 بادام،پستہ(باریک کٹے ہوئے) حسب ذائقہ

Step by Step Instructions - تیار کرنے کی ترکیب

1ایک دیگچی میں دودھ ڈال کر اسے ابال دیں اور پھر آنچ ہلکی کر دیں۔
2 تھوڑی تھوڑی دیر میں ملائی کی تہہ کو دیگچی کے کناروں کی طرف لاتے رہیں تاکہ کناروں کے ساتھ ایک دائرہ سا بن جائے۔
3 جب دودھ پک کر ایک چوتھائی رہ جائے تو اس میں چینی اور پستہ بادام ڈال دیں۔
4 اب اس کو اتنی دیر پکائیں کہ دودھ بالکل خشک ہو جائے اور ربڑی ملائی باقی رہ جائے۔
5 پھر اس میں گلاب کا عرق ملا کر فریج میں رکھ کر ٹھنڈا کریں۔لیجیے مزیدار ربڑی تیار ہے۔
