Step by Step Instructions - تیار کرنے کی ترکیب

1مچھلی کو پہلے نمک اور پھر آٹا لگا کر دھوئیں پھر لہسن ملے ہوئے پانی میں ابال کر اس کا کانٹا الگ کرکے سل پر باریک پیس لیں ۔
2 پھر اس میں تھوڑا گرم مصالحہ‘ خشخاص بھنے ہوئے چنے کا آٹا‘ نمک اور مرچ ملا کر گولے بنا لیں اور انہیں گھی میں تل لیں ۔
3 اب کوفتوں کا مصالحہ تیار کریں اور اس میں مچھلی کے گولے ڈال کر ہلکی آنچ پر پکائیں ۔
4 انہیں چولہے سے اتارتے وقت پتیلی میں ہرادھنیا قصوری میتھی اور پسا ہوا گرم مصالحہ ڈال دیں ۔(یہ صرف مصالحے اور گھی کا سالن ہے)
