1آلو‘گاجر اور چقندر کو گول موٹا کاٹ کر اُبال لیں۔
2 گرل پین کو چکنا کرکے گرم کریں‘اس میں اُبلی ہوئی سبزیاں اور شملہ مرچ گرل کرکے سرونگ ڈش میں نکال لیں۔
3 ایک پیالے میں مچھلی‘لیموں کا رس‘کالی مرچ‘لہسن‘مکھن اور 2 کھانے کے چمچے تیل ملا کر ایک گھنٹے کیلئے رکھ دیں۔
