1 گاجر ایک کلو

2 دودھ دو لیٹر

3 چاول ایک پیالی

4 کنڈیسنڈ ملک ایک پیالی

5 چھوٹی الائچی دو سے تین عدد

6 بادام پستے آدھی پیالی

7 کھویا ایک پیالی

8 کوکنگ آئل دو کھانے کے چمچ

Step by Step Instructions - تیار کرنے کی ترکیب

1الائچی کے دانے نکال کر پیس لیں اور اُبلتے ہوئے دودھ میں ڈال کر اسے پندرہ سے بیس منٹ اُبال کر گاڑھا کر لیں۔
2 جب دودھ گاڑھا ہونے پر آ جائے تو چاولوں (بھگو کر رکھے ہوئے) کو پانی سے نکال کر ڈال دیں۔
3 چمچ چلاتے ہوئے شروع میں آنچ تیز رکھیں پھر ہلکی آنچ پر پکنے رکھ دیں۔
4 فرائنگ پین میں کوکنگ آئل میں باریک کٹے ہوئے بادام پستے فرائی کریں۔
5 پھر اس میں کش کی ہوئی گاجریں ڈال کر تیز آنچ پر فرائی کریں تاکہ گاجروں کا اپنا پانی خشک ہو جائے۔
6 فرائی کی ہوئی گاجروں کو اُبلتے ہوئے دودھ میں ڈال کر دس سے بارہ منٹ تک پکائیں،پھر اس میں کنڈیسنڈ ملک شامل کر دیں۔
7 گاڑھا ہونے پر چولہے سے اُتار لیں اور ڈش میں نکالتے ہوئے چورا کیا ہوا کھویا شامل کر دیں۔
8 اچھی طرح ٹھنڈا کرکے شروع کریں۔
