2 لیموں کا رس 3چائے کے چمچے

3 شکر 2چائے کے چمچے

4 پودینہ کاپیسٹ 1/4چائے کا چمچہ

5 زیرہ پاؤڈر 1/4چائے کا چمچہ

6 سیاہ مرچ پاؤڈر 1/4چائے کاچمچہ

7 امچور پاؤڈر 1/4چائے کا چمچہ

8 نمک حسبِ ذائقہ

Step by Step Instructions - تیار کرنے کی ترکیب

  1. 1پودینہ کے مٹھی بھرپتے دھو کر پانی ملا کر پیسٹ بنالیں دو چائے کے چمچہ پودینہ کا پیسٹ لیکر چھلنی سے چھان لیں۔
  2. 2 آپ کو سبز رنگ کا پانی ملے گا۔
  3. 3 خیال رہے پانی میں پتے کاپیسٹ شامل نہ ہو۔
  4. 4 ایک گلاس ٹھنڈا پانی لے کر اس میں پودینے کا سبز پانی ‘لیموں کا رس‘سیاہ مرچ پاؤڈر ‘زیرہ پاؤڈر‘امچور اور شکر اور نمک ملا دیں ۔
