1 گوشت آدھ سیر (مربع انچ کے ٹکڑے بنا لیں)

2 لہسن آٹھ تریاں نمک حسب ذائقہ

3 گھی پاؤ بھر

4 کالی مرچ پندرہ دانے

Step by Step Instructions - تیار کرنے کی ترکیب

  1. 1گوشت کے ٹکڑوں میں لہسن، نمک ڈال کر ابال لیں
  2. 2 پانی اتنا ڈالیں کہ خشک ہونے پر گوشت بھی گل جائے
  3. 3 یہ ٹکڑے علیحدہ رکھ لیں
  4. 4 کڑاہی میں گھی کڑ کڑائیں اور اس میں یہ گوشت کے گلے ہوئے ٹکڑے تلیں
  5. 5 بادامی کر کے نکالتی جائیں
  6. 6 ڈش میں سلاد کے پتے سجائیں اوپر یہ قتلے رکھیں اور ٹماٹر کی چٹنی کے ساتھ پیش کر یں
