Ingredients - اجزاء

1 پانی چھ کپ

2 سبز چائے چائے کا آدھا چمچ

3 چھوٹی الائچی پسی ہوئی دو عدد

Step by Step Instructions - تیار کرنے کی ترکیب

  1. 1اچھی برانڈ کی سبز چائے خریدیں
  2. 2 جس برتن میں چائے کا پانی پکایا جاتا ہو صرف وہی استعمال کریں
  3. 3 پانی چولہے پر رکھیں
  4. 4 نیم گرم ہو جائے تو چینی ڈال کر صاف چمچ یا چائے چھاننے کی چھلنی سے خوب ملائیں
  5. 5 2،3 بار اچھا لیں
  6. 6 الائچی ڈالیں
  7. 7 پانی پکنے لگے تو سبز چائے ڈال کر دو منٹ چلائیں
  8. 8 ڈھکن ڈھک کر آنچ بالکل مدھم کر دیں
  9. 9 ایک منٹ بعد چھان کر پیالیوں میں نکال لیں
  10. 10 مزید چینی کی ضرورت ہو تو شامل کر لیں
  11. 11 کچھ لوگ بغیر چینی کے سبز چائے پینا پسند کرتے ہیں
