2 گھی دو بڑے چمچے

3 بادام چار عدد

4 چاندی کے ورق تین عدد

5 کیوڑا چند قطرے

6 دودھ ایک پیالی

7 چھوٹی الائچی تین عدد

8 پستے چار عدد

Step by Step Instructions - تیار کرنے کی ترکیب

1زردے کا رنگ چوتھائی چائے کا چمچہ
2 بادام اور پستے کو گرم پانی میں ڈال کر چھلکے نرم کر لیں۔
3 ان کے چھلکے اُتار کر گریوں کو باریک کتر لیں۔
4 کدوکش کیے ہوئے آلوؤں کو کھولتے ہوئے پانی میں کچھ دیر رکھنے کے بعد چھان لیں۔
5 گھی گرم کرکے الائچی کے دانے تَل لیں۔
6 جب ان میں خوشبو آنے لگے تو دودھ اور چینی ڈال کر پکنے دیں۔
7 خوب گرم ہو جائے تو آلو ڈال کر دم پر رکھ دیں۔
8 دودھ اور زردے پر دم لگنے کے بعد اس میں کترے ہوئے بادام اور پستے ڈال دیں۔
9 اوپر سے تھوڑا سا کیوڑا چھڑک دیں۔
