7 بادام اور پستے تین چھٹانک

Step by Step Instructions - تیار کرنے کی ترکیب

1پہلے گھی میں لونگ کا بگھار دے کر سویوں کو اس میں ڈال دیں
2 جب سویاں بادامی رنگ کی ہو جائیں تو دودھ بھی ملا دیں
3 سویاں گل جائیں تو اس میں بالائی ملا کر پندرہ منٹ تک پکائیں
4 بعدازاں کشمش صاف کر کے اور بادام پستے کی ہوائیاں کاٹ کر اس میں ملا دیں
5 جس وقت دودھ خشک ہو جائے تو شکر ملا کر دس منٹ تک خوب چلائیں
6 جب سب ایک ہو جائیں تو اس میں قدرے بادامی رنگ ملا کر اور خوشبو کے لئے کیوڑہ اور زعفران حل کر کے ملا دیں
7 دو تین مرتبہ ابال نے پر اتارلیں
