اشیاء:
گوشت آدھا کلو
نمک، مرچ حسب پسند
دھنیا ایک چائے کا چمچہ
پیاز تین عدد
بند گوبھی ایک کلو
ہلدی 1/3چمچ
گھی آدھا کپ
دہی آدھا پاؤ
ترکیب:
بند گوبھی دھو لیں۔ پھر باریک کاٹ لیں۔ پیاز کاٹ کر گھی میں سرخ کر یں۔ گوشت ڈال کر بھون لیں۔ اب تمام مصالحہ ڈال کر خوب بھون لیں۔ خوشبو آنے لگے تو پانی ڈال کر گوشت گلائیں۔ ذرا کسر باقی ہو تو گوبھی اور ادرک ڈال کر پکائیں۔پانی اتنا ہو کہ گلنے پر بالکل خشک ہو جائے ۔ گلنے پر دم دیں گھی اوپر آجائے تو اتار لیں۔
