Step by Step Instructions - تیار کرنے کی ترکیب

1سبزیوں کو باریک کاٹ لیں ،اب تیل گرم کرکے زیرہ ڈالیں۔
2 جب خوشبو آئے تو باریک کٹی سبزیاں ڈالیں اور فرائی کرکے آنچ دھیمی کر لیں ۔
3 ایک کپ پانی ڈال کر ٹماٹر ،ہلدی،نمک،کٹی لال مرچ اور دہی ڈال کر ڈھک دیں۔
