6 ریڈجیلی ایک پیکٹ(پیالے میں جمالیں)

Step by Step Instructions - تیار کرنے کی ترکیب

1تھوڑے سے ٹھنڈے دودھ میں کسٹرڈ گھول لیں۔
2 سوئیاں الگ سے ابال لیں پھر دودھ ابال کر چینی ملائیں اور پہلے سے حل کیے ہوئے کسٹرڈ کو ابلے ہوئے دودھ میں شامل کردیں۔
3 گاڑھا ہونے لگے،تو ابلی ہوئی رنگین سوئیاں شامل کرکے اچھی طرح ملا لیں،پھر چولھے سے اتار کر ٹھنڈا کرلیں ۔
4 اب کسٹرڈ میں آدھی کریم ہلکے ہاتھوں سے ملائیں ۔اسی طرح آدھی جیلی بھی ملائیں،پھر بچی ہوئی کریم اور جیلی سے سجادیں ۔ٹھنڈا کرکے پیش کریں۔
