Step by Step Instructions - تیار کرنے کی ترکیب

1ایک پیالے میں بیسن، کھانے کا سوڈا ،نمک اور کٹی ہوئی لال مرچ ڈال کر مکس کرلیں اور پانی ڈال کر گاڑھا آمیزہ بنا لیں ۔
2 اب گرم تیل میں بڑے کی شکل میں ڈال کر فرائی کرلیں ۔
3 سنہری ہوجانے پر کڑاہی سے نکال کر پانی میں ڈال دیں تا کہ تیل نکل جائے اور نرم ہو جائیں ۔دہی پھینٹ لیں ۔
4 نمک ،کٹی ہوئی لال مرچ ،چاٹ مصالحہ اور چینی ڈال کر مکس کرلیں ۔
5 ہلکے ہاتھ سے نچوڑ کر دہی میں ڈال دیں ۔
6 چاٹ اور کٹی ہوئی لال مرچ چھڑک کر پیش کریں۔
