Dum Gosht In Soya Sauce Recipe In Urdu
اشیاء:
گوشت 500گرام(چوکور ٹکڑے کاٹ لیں)
گاجر ایک (ٹکڑے کاٹ لیں)
پیاز ایک (کاٹ لیں)
سرکہ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
سونف ایک چٹکی
دار چینی ایک ٹکڑا
بلیک سویا سوس دو کھانے کے چمچے
سویا سوس (ہلکا ) کھانے کا چمچہ
چینی کھانے کا چمچہ
ادرک تین ٹکڑے
لہسن تین جوئے (پیس لیں)
تیل دو کھانے کے چمچے
ترکیب:
گوشت کے ٹکڑے نمک کے پانی میں ابال لیں۔ گل جائے تو پلیٹ میں نکال لیں(پانی نہ پھینکیں)۔ تیل گرم کر کے لہسن اور ادرک بھونیں پھر گوشت ڈال کر چند منٹ بھونیں۔ اس کے بعد گوشت کی یخنی، گاجر اور پیاز ڈال کر ہلکی آنچ پر دم کر یں۔ پھر ڈش میں سجا لیں۔
