Step by Step Instructions - تیار کرنے کی ترکیب

1کڑاہی میں کوکنگ آئل کو درمیانی آنچ پر دو سے تین منٹ گرم کریں اور گوند کوتھوڑا تھوڑا ڈال کر فرائی کریں۔
2 جب سنہرا ہو کر پھولنے لگے تو کڑاہی سے نکال کر موٹا موٹا کوٹ کر رکھ لیں۔
3 اسی کوکنگ آئل کو چھان کر صاف کرلیں اور اس میں سوجی کو سنہری فرائی کرلیں،پھر اس میں کھویا اور گوندا ڈال کر ہلکی آنچ پر پانچ سے سات منٹ بھونیں۔
4 چینی شامل کردیں اور فوڈ کلر کو تھوڑے سے پانی میں گھول کر ڈال دیں ،ہلکی آنچ پر بھونتے رہیں تاکہ چینی پگھلنے پر آجائے الائچی اور باریک کٹے ہوئے پستے شامل کردیں پھر اتنی دیر بھونیں کہ گھی علیحدہ ہو جائے ۔
