5 دہی 1/2 کپ

6 سیاہ مرچ پاؤڈر 1/2 چائے کا چمچہ

7 کھوپرا (پسا ہوا) 2 کھانے کے چمچے

8 نمک حسب ذائقہ

9 تیل حسب ضرورت

10 ہری مرچیں (چوپ کر لیں) گارنشنگ کیلئے

Step by Step Instructions - تیار کرنے کی ترکیب

1پیالے میں لہسن‘ادرک پیسٹ‘دہی‘لال مرچ پاؤڈر‘سیاہ مرچ پاؤڈر اور نمک ڈال کر مکس کریں۔
2 چکن کو اس آمیزے میں میرینیٹ کر کے 30 منٹ کے لئے رکھیں۔
3 سوس پین میں تیل گرم کر کے پیاز ڈال کر فرائی کریں۔
4 پیاز نرم ہو جائے تو میرینیٹ کیا ہوا چکن آمیزے سمیت ڈال دیں اور ڈھک کر پکائیں۔(اگر ضرورت محسوس ہو تو چکن گلانے کے لئے حسب ضرورت پانی شامل کر دیں)۔
5 چکن گل جائے تو بھون کر کھوپرا ڈالیں۔
6 سرونگ ڈش میں نکال کر ہرے دھنیے اور ہری مرچوں سے گارنش کر کے سرو کریں۔
