Step by Step Instructions - تیار کرنے کی ترکیب

1ایک کڑاہی میں گوشت لہسن ادرک نمک اور ایک کپ پانی ڈال کر ہلکی آنچ پر 25 منٹ کیلئے پکنے کیلئے رکھ دیں۔
2 درمیان میں دو سے تین مرتبہ چمچ چلائیں۔
3 پھر اس میں ٹماٹر کاٹ کر شامل کریں اور مزید دس منٹ کیلئے پکنے دیں۔
4 پھر ڈھکن اُتار کر تیل اور کالی مرچ ڈال کر بھون لیں۔
