1گوشت کے ٹکڑے ابال کر نیم گلا لیں تمام مصالحے پیس کر پھینٹے ہوئے دہی میں اچھی طرح ملائیں
2 یہ تمام دہی والا مواد گوشت پر اچھی طرح مل دیں
3 گوشت کے مصالحہ لگے قتلے سیخ پر چڑھائیں اور کوئلوں پر سینک لیں
4 لال کر کے اتار لیں
