ٹینڈے ایک پاؤ
نمک، مرچ حسب پسند
پیاز چار عدد
گھی آدھا کپ
ٹماٹر دو عدد
گوشت آدھا کلو
ہلدی 1/3چمچ
دھنیا ایک چائے کا چمچ
ہری مرچ ایک عدد
ترکیب:
پیاز کاٹ کر گھی میں تل لیں۔ گوشت بھون کر تمام مصالحہ بھون لیں۔ پانی ڈال کر گوشت گلائیں۔ گلنے پر ٹینڈے ڈال کر خوب بھون لیں۔ گھی الگ ہو جائے تو تھوڑے پانی میں ٹینڈے گلا کر بقدر ضرورت پانی ڈال کر شوربہ بنالیں۔ شوربہ میں ایک ابال ہلکی آنچ پر آجائے تو اتار لیں۔ مزید ار ٹینڈے گوشت تیار ہے۔
