27,044 Applicants Qualified For Gunny Bags In DG Khan

A total of 27,044 applicants who had applied during stipulated time for gunny bags for wheat purchase have qualified out of 27,823.

DG KHAN, , (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23rd Apr, 2018 ) :A total of 27,044 applicants who had applied during stipulated time for gunny bags for wheat purchase have qualified out of 27,823. District Focal Person Muhammad Iqbal informed this while chairing a meeting of scrutiny committee meeting here on Monday.

He said that the applications carrying incomplete documents or information were rejected. He informed that nine purchase centers were set up in the districts where farmers could apply from April 16 to April 20.

The scrutiny committee established at district and tehsil levels collected data and passed it on to the Punjab Information Technology board and official concerned. The focal person stated that farmers have ten acres piece of land would get the bags soon.
