KASUR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th Feb, 2018 ) ::The Punjab government is committed to resolve the issues faced by the farmers on priority basis. This was stated by Deputy DEO Agriculture, Chaudhry Ejaz, during a ceremony held here on Thursday.

He said that for the economic development it was necessary to put the agriculture sector on modern lines adding that subsidy was being provided to the farmers on fertilizers for sunflower cultivation. He said the Punjab government was also providing free of cost Orange's (Kinnow) plants to the farmers on draw basis. The last date for submission of forms for draw was Feb 20, he added.
