Islamia University of Bahawalpur Assistant Professor attends seminar on hybrid rice in China

Dr Naveed Aslam Malghani, Assistant Professor, Plant Pathology, University College of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur has participated in the three-weeks seminar on Hybrid Rice Promotion for Pakistan in China.

BAHAWALPUR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th Sep, 2018 ) :Dr Naveed Aslam Malghani, Assistant Professor, Plant Pathology, University College of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur has participated in the three-weeks seminar on Hybrid Rice Promotion for Pakistan in China.

According to the spokesman of the university Shahzad Ahmad, the event was organized by Yuan Longping High-Tech Agricultural Company, Changsha, Ministry of Commerce, People's Republic of China. The seminar was meant to help Pakistani farmers in the production of hybrid rice.
