A Significant Majority Of Pakistanis (58%) Complain That The Prices Of Various Commodities Increase During Ramadan

According to a Gilani Research Foundation Survey carried out by Gallup & Gilani Pakistan, a significant majority of Pakistanis (58%) complain that the prices of various commodities increase during Ramadan
Islamabad, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Jun, 2018 ) According to a Gilani Research Foundation Survey carried out by Gallup & Gilani Pakistan, a significant majority of Pakistanis (58%) complain that the prices of various commodities increase during Ramadan.
A nationally representative sample of men and women from across the four provinces was asked, “In your view, what change is observed in the prices of different commodities in Ramadan: an increase, decrease or no change?” In response to this question, 58% said that the prices of different commodities in Ramadan increase, 20% said they decrease and 18% said there is no change.
4% did not know or did not wish to respond.
