Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi has said the advent of second phase of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor will initiate a new era of social and economic development in Pakistan
BEIJING (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / NNI - 18th March, 2019) Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi has said the advent of second phase of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor will initiate a new era of social and economic development in Pakistan.Speaking at China Institute for International Strategic Studies in Beijing today, he said Pakistan and China are not only strong friends, but their relations are based on strategic partnership.
Responding to Indian aggression in the aftermath of Pulwama incident, Shah Mehmood Qureshi said Pakistan demonstrated patience and restraint.
He said Pakistan wants peace in the region and desires good relations with all its neighbours in South Asia, including India. He said we want resolution of all outstanding issues with India through dialogue.The Minister, later on, took a round of CIISS and recorded his impressions in the visitors' book. NNI
