European Stocks Mostly Steady At Open, Before ECB

LONDON,(UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st july,2016) - Europe's main stock markets were largely steady at the start of trading on Thursday, with investors looking ahead to a monetary policy update from the ECB. London's benchmark FTSE 100 index dipped 0.1 percent to 6,724.90 points. In the eurozone, Frankfurt's DAX 30 gained 0.5 percent to 10,195.31 points and the Paris CAC 40 edged up 0.1 percent to 4,382.16 compared with the close on Wednesday.
