Gazprom Export Launches Digital Platform To Optimize Gas Sales To European Customers

Gazprom Export, a subsidiary of Russian energy giant Gazprom, said on Friday that it has launched Electronic Sales Platform to facilitate interaction with its European partners on gas supplies.
MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 17th August, 2018) Gazprom Export, a subsidiary of Russian energy giant Gazprom, said on Friday that it has launched Electronic Sales Platform to facilitate interaction with its European partners on gas supplies.
"This tool will allow to improve the interaction with our customers in Europe, making the gas sales mechanism even more effective ... Along with that, we expect this platform to become an additional mean to optimize supplies of gas," Gazprom Export Director General Elena Burmistrova said, as cited by the company's press release.
Gazprom Export supplies gas to 20 countries, including Germany, France, Italy and the United Kingdom.
