German Business Delegation Visits Karachi Chamber Of Commerce And Industry

A business delegation from Germany on Monday visited Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI), and discussed trade, investment and other issues of bilateral interest with KCCI office-bears and other members of the chamber.
KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Oct, 2018 ) :A business delegation from Germany on Monday visited Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI), and discussed trade, investment and other issues of bilateral interest with KCCI office-bears and other members of the chamber.
The German delegates from leading companies, led by Ulrich Konstantin Rieger who represented Bavarian State Ministry for Economic Affairs and Media, showed their interest in various potential sectors of Pakistan.
The German businesspersons agreed with Karachi Chamber leadership's proposal for increased exchange of information on trade and investment opportunities on the both sides and on the potential of economic collaboration between the two countries.
German delegation's leader supported the demand from KCCI that there should be transfer of technology to Pakistan under economic collaboration and joint ventures.
They should work together for the progress of the two countries. There was a big scope for economic cooperation and enhancing trade in Pakistan and Germany, Rieger said.
KCCI President M.Junaid Makda led Karachi chamber's team. KCCI business leaders shared information with visiting German businesspersons on bilateral trade and possible joint ventures in various potential sectors like automobiles, mining and vocational training.
