Gold rates up by Rs.1,000 to Rs.256,500 per tola

The per tola price of 24 karat gold increased by Rs.1,000 and was traded at Rs.256,500 in the local market on Friday against its sale at Rs.255,500 the previous day

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 9th Aug, 2024) The per tola price of 24 karat gold increased by Rs.1,000 and was traded at Rs.256,500 in the local market on Friday against its sale at Rs.255,500 the previous day.

Likewise, the price of 10 grams of 24 karat also increased by Rs.857 to Rs.219,907 from Rs.

219,050 whereas that of 10 gram 22 karat gold went up to Rs.20,582 from Rs.219,050, All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association reported.

The price of per tola and ten gram silver remained unchanged at Rs.2,850 and Rs.2,443.41 respectively.

Prices of gold in the international market increased by $37 to $2,430 from $2,393, the Association reported.
