President Hyderabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (HCCI), Muhammad Saleem Shaikh has demanded the management of Hyderabad Development Authority (HDA) to extend the last date for submission of outstanding dues of its project of Gulistan-e-Sarmast Housing Schemes.
In a statement, he said that issuance of final notice for submission of outstanding dues of the housing scheme is creating unrest among the allotees. The housing project has been planned by HDA for middle class citizens of Hyderabad including the business community and it could not be possible for them to arrange such huge amount at once in respect of outstanding dues, he added.
He demanded Sindh Local Government Minister and the management of HDA to announce extension of at least two years for payment of plot's outstanding dues of the said housing project so that the persons who have been granted allotment could suffer no inconvenience in submission of dues.
