Iran, France To Boost Cooperation On Tire Manufacturing

TEHRAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th Sep, 2018 ) :The MoU was signed by the head of the French association, Dennis Vayan, and Managing Director of Barez Industrial Group, Parviz Akhavan, on the sidelines of the 12th Iran Plast exhibition in Tehran.

The 12th edition of Iran Plast exhibition is underway in Tehran International Permanent Fairground.

The four-day event is expected to wrap up on Thursday, September 27.

The MoU deals with seven issues, including designing tires, the raw material, and standardization.

The official noted that obtaining the 'E-mark' certificate from the automaker company of Peugeot was the main motivating factor for signing the memorandum.

Managing to get the European standard certificate for Peugeot 2008 and 301, Barez is now a major manufacturer ofthe tires for the French company.
