KSC 100-index Gain 550 Points To Close At 37,337 Points 12 Apr 2019

The KSE 100-index of Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) witnessed bullish trend on Friday as it bounced by 550.23 points (1.50 percent) to close at 37,337.87 points

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th Apr, 2019 ) :The KSE 100-index of pakistan stock exchange (psx) witnessed bullish trend on Friday as it bounced by 550.23 points (1.50 percent) to close at 37,337.87 points.

A total of 189,356,560 shares were traded in today's business, whereas the value of shares traded during the day stood at Rs 5.346 billion.

Out of 352 companies, share prices of 282 companies recorded increase while that of 54 companies registered decrease whereas 16 companies remained stable in today's trading.

The three top traded companies were Bank of Punjab XD with a volume of 22,801,500 and price per share of Rs 13.

61, Unity Foods(R) with a volume of 20,826,000 and price per share of Rs 2.55 and K-Electric Ltd with a volume of 14,841,500 and price per share of Rs 5.23.

The top advancer was Rafhan MaizeXD with the increase of Rs 317 per share, closing at Rs 6672 while Unilever Foods XD was runner up with the increase of Rs 299 per share, closing at Rs 6799.

The top decliners were Philip Morris Pakistan with the decrease of Rs 200 per share, closing at Rs 3800 and Island Textile with the decrease of Rs 94.74 per share closing at Rs 1800.25.
