BAKU (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 14th December, 2018) Russia expects that its partners from the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) will follow its example and will pour funds into the budget of the BSEC cooperation development mechanism, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Friday.
He specified that the project cooperation development mechanism had been created at Russian initiative.
"We've contributed $1 million to its budget. We hope that other countries will follow our example," Lavrov said at the BSEC Council of Ministers.
He added two projects had already been implemented the first one within the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank, and the second one in cooperation with the UN Economic Commission for Europe.
