MINSK (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 14th December, 2018) Belarus expected to receive around $310 million in compensation from Russia due to the Russian oil tax manoeuvre, given oil prices standing at $60 per barrel, in 2019, Belarusian Deputy Prime Minister Igor Lyashenko said on Friday.

"Exactly the volume of tax manoeuvre ...

Given the price for one barrel at [$] 60, this will be around [$] 310-315," Lyashenko told reporters, when asked about the amount of compensation that Belarus requested from Russia.

He went on to say that Russia had not confirmed the fact that there was a tax manoeuvre mechanism, and had not confirmed that it would provide a compensation.
