MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 13th February, 2019) The members of Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) were 86-percent compliant with the oil output cut deal in January, the International Energy Agency (IEA) said in a monthly report published on Wednesday.
"Compliance [of OPEC member states in January] with the Vienna Agreement was 86%, with Saudi Arabia, UAE and Kuwait cutting by more than promised," the agency's report says.
